Discrediting Islamic teachings is actually an activity that has existed since ancient times, since the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was first sent to Arabia. The Arabs of that era, who were ignorant of Islam, were never at a loss for ideas to prevent humanity from receiving guidance. They always found ways to denigrate Islam, including the Prophet Muhammad himself.
Sometimes they call Muhammad (peace be upon him) a madman, sometimes they call him a magician, sometimes they call him a poet, and often they claim that Muhammad's teachings were derived from extensive reading of the holy scriptures of previous monotheistic religions. So, if there are websites that frequently denigrate Islam today, it's perfectly natural. It's the law of nature that there is good and evil, there are believers and there are demons, and there is truth and there is falsehood.
Of course, such sites are run by people without faith, at least those with a misguided view of Islam. Let's just pray that perhaps someday Allah SWT will grant them guidance.
We shouldn't be too emotional and pessimistic about this. Aren't there too many cases of people who initially hated Islam, then received guidance and eventually became prominent defenders of Islam? Take the following stories, for example:
The repentance of Umar bin Al-Khattab radhiyallahu'anhu
Before converting to Islam, he was a staunch anti-Islamist. Not only was his tongue sharp, but he even wielded his sword to kill Muhammad (peace be upon him). But when Allah SWT wills to grant guidance, nothing can stop him. Suddenly, that guidance entered his heart, and he converted to Islam.
It is said that this was because Rasulullah SAW once prayed that Allah SWT would strengthen the religion of Islam with one of the two Umars. It turned out that the one who was given guidance was Umar bin Al-Khattab. Be a true defender of Islam.
Therefore, let us pray together that anyone who continually denigrates Islam, whether verbally, in writing, or in action, may Allah SWT send His guidance into their deepest hearts and return them to the straight path. Amen, O Lord of the Worlds.
Islam is not a religion of blood
It is actually easy to answer false accusations, or taunts that Islam is a religion of blood, ordering murder, justifying war, until they say that Islam was spread by the sword.
Perhaps we don't need to discuss Quranic verses with them, because we ourselves may not have, or haven't studied Quranic knowledge much. Let's invite them to a more real world, namely the world of facts and data.
Let's look at Islamic history, particularly the history of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). If Islam is accused of being bloodthirsty, consider the number of lives lost in war during Muhammad's time as a prophet. Dr. Muhammad Imarah once calculated that out of the twenty major wars involving the Prophet (peace be upon him), only 386 people were killed. This includes both Muslim and non-Muslim casualties.
Imagine, despite verses commanding war and the killing of unbelievers on the battlefield, in reality, only around 300 people died throughout the history of the prophet. That figure is minuscule compared to the number of deaths that have occurred elsewhere on earth.
Victims of the Christian Wars in Europe
Compare this to the Christian civil war between Catholics and Protestants in Europe, which claimed 10 million lives. If Islam is said to be bloodthirsty because its war claimed 386 lives, what should we call the Catholics and Protestants who fought a civil war that claimed 10 million lives?
The French philosopher Voltière (1694–1778) stated that the 10 million deaths occurred in the past, equivalent to 40% of the population of Central Europe. Think again: who's so bloodthirsty?
Victims of the Bolshevik Revolution
In Russia, the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 was implemented to establish communism. This led to the deaths of 19 million people. After communism took power, approximately 2 million people were brutally punished, and approximately 4 or 5 million were deported from Russia. Are we still going to say that Islam requires blood? What are we going to say about communism?
Victims of the American Atomic Bomb in Japan In 1945, America dropped a bomb on Hiroshima, killing 140,000 people. Meanwhile, in Nagasaki, the number of victims was 70,000. This does not include those who were injured, sick, and disabled for life due to exposure to nuclear radiation. The bombing was officially carried out by the American government under the leadership of Roosevelt, the President of the USA at that time. For the first time in history, the great discovery of nuclear power was used as a weapon of mass destruction. Who should be blooded, Islam or America?
Indian Victims
Long before Europeans arrived in the Americas, indigenous tribes had peacefully inhabited the continent. However, in 1830, the Indian Removal Act was passed, allowing for the removal of Native Americans to benefit the predominantly white settlers. As a result, more than 70,000 Native Americans were driven from their lands, resulting in thousands of deaths. Is Islam still considered bloodthirsty, or are American cowboys the ones who are?
Rwandan victims
In Rwanda, approximately 800,000 Tutsis became victims of a planned massacre by militant Hutu figures, even some of the moderate Hutus themselves, meaning they were not hostile to the Tutsis, also became victims of the massacre.
Victims of World War II
In 1945, the human population on earth was recorded at 1.9 billion people (1,971,470,000). During World War II, the death toll reached a staggering 62 million, or 62,537,400 to be exact. This equated to the death of 3.17% of the world's population. The war involved the superpowers of the time, which were not Islamic countries. Should we still accuse Islam of being a religion of war? Has Islamic civilization ever given rise to a world war?
Victims of the Jewish Genocide in Palestine
The Jewish terrorist group led by Menachem Begin and its members, including Ariel Sharon, massacred 1,000 Arab residents of Deir Yassin, south of Jerusalem, in 1948. And Ariel Sharon, when he was Minister of the Commander of the Israeli Armed Forces, was involved in the massacre of 3,000 Palestinian civilians in the Sabhra and Shatila refugee camps, southern Lebanon, in 1982. That was not a war, but a massacre. The cruel Jewish Israeli forces came to Palestine and shot innocent civilians. Do we still say that Islam is a bloodthirsty religion? And do we still want to say that Jews are friendly, loving, and gentle?
Serbian victims in Bosnia
Serbian forces led by Slobodan Milosevic carried out systematic ethnic cleansing in the cities they controlled during the war. At least 200,000 people died during the four-year war. And the population of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been Muslim since the time of the Ottoman Empire. Is this what Islam calls bloodthirsty?

- Operation Raji' in the year 3 Hijri, there were no infidel victims, 7 Muslim victims
- Operation Bi'ru Ma'unah, 3 Hijri year, there were no infidel victims, 27 Muslim victims

Where is the proof that Islam is bloodthirsty and encourages murder? These are all baseless accusations, fabricated by infidels who are skilled at deception. They use Quranic verses to justify Islam's bloodthirsty nature, but their arguments are flawed, as historically, these accusations have never been proven.
In fact, life outside of Islam is a life full of disgusting blood.
